Saw this on Gizmodo, and I just had to put it here... what the hell is it? My best guess is that some crazy Russian just welded together a bunch of stuff for fun, or to show off just how badass a welder he is - welders seem to be in to that kind of thing.

Whatever it is, it involves a Russian truck, a huge gas tank, and a jet engine.. which is a great combo.

-UPDATE: found out this thing is a de-icer for Russian airports. Pretty sweet/ridiculous.

They don't really know anything about cars, about driving, about limits of adhesion, how to react when things go badly, or what snow does to your ability to drive.
