Say Goodbye to the Burnout
So, around the world companies are planning on putting in place "brake override software" due to the fallout from the Toyota acceleration scandal.
This is largely a good thing, as it means if you stop on the gas and the brake, it ignores the input from the pedal on the right.
However, the one time (which I have never done, in all my hooning around in cars) you want to do this is when you want to throw down a big smokey burnout. Which will, sadly, become a thing of the past.
One more reason why the golden age of cars is.. right now. Buy 'em while they're hot.
