Not Everything in China is cheap

When I read about the new OPhone - the next generation of the HTC G1 sold here in the US - I was impressed to learn two things:
1) The phone will launch with China Mobile, and will cost.... $730. That is a lot of money, in the US, and to me seems to be a ton for a phone in copy-happy China. Granted, that is similar to some of the "non-subsidized" prices in the US - such as if you really wanted that Nokia no carrier has picked up or something like that. But.. there was nothing stating it was that price... meerly that it was the listing price for the phone. Which means it is pretty damn expensive, in China.

2) China Mobile has 415million subscribers. Yeah.
