This thing isn't a joke. Sadly. It is a new "camper" accessory for the Prius. While it looks like something the Top Gear crew would have come up with, this is meant to be a serious accessory. 


I have two main problems with this: 
1) It's on a prius. 
2) Look at it. It looks freaking uncomfortable to "camp" in that thing. 


I mean honestly, a normal car (yes, even a prius) can tow a pop-up camper, which barely effects your gas mileage and is way way more comfortable than that thing there. Oh yeah, and cheaper. 


However, an expensive, ugly, useless accessory for a Prius? Seems to fit quite well.

There are a lot of shitty drivers out there. Actually, most people are shitty drivers. They don't really know anything about cars, about driving, about limits of adhesion, how to react when things go badly, or what snow does to your ability to drive.
