An English village which chose to keep the plague in once it had reached the town. Most inhabitants died. The path they chose is interesting, and inspiring: stoicism and bravery. My interest is whether a modern and fragmented community could or would chose the same path. The absolute belief in God undoubtedly played a role it would not today.
